OZLF was established to be distinctly different from traditional Labour hire companies. We heard of most people’s experience hiring slow, unwilling, unmotivated casual staff where hourly pricing blows all budgets with tasks taking twice as long as needed.

We have impressed our customers consistently and to the degree, that our founder won 2021 – Lord Mayors Award for Queensland Multicultural Business Person of the year.

We also believe in our duty within the community, not only providing 100’s of jobs Australia-wide, but taking social responsibility by sponsoring and donations to several local charities, fund raisers, community centres and underprivileged children as well as a number of overseas projects to help children in less fortunate countries. ‘Next Generation’ Company

OZ Labourforce has always branded itself as a ‘Next Generation” company and took the initiative to launch the OZ Labourforce wholly devoted to Container Pack/Unpacking within the Cold Chain Sector. Harish and Tim identified that the sector has lacked a supplier whose entire business model & structure is focused on their specific needs and that most Cold Chain Companies were being charged a large premium from their current supplier.

OZ Labourforce is basically a one-stop-shop organisation of knowledgeable and highly experienced team members with far greater attention to detail and at much more palatable prices.

By completing our role in lesser time, we are clear of your dock-space as earlier, so there’s less dual usage and extra safety factors to address and your team complete their work earlier each day.

  • Managing our crews with our on-site leader deriving in better safety practices, efficiency, deployment of resources and quality of finished work.

  • Quality of finished pallets. We know ALDI, Coles and Woolworths pallet constraints and Guarantee you’ll never have a pallet rejected.

  • Compliance and safety as our own National Compliance & QA Manager with 30 years’ experience oversees each states safety managers who carry our weekly safety inspections and submit detailed reports, immediately uploaded to our customers.

  • Technology usage as we use the latest software App so we can keep you informed by reports and photographs instantaneously of each pack/unpack.
