OZLF was established to be distinctly different from traditional Labour hire companies. We heard of most people’s experience hiring slow, unwilling, unmotivated casual staff where hourly pricing blows all budgets with tasks taking twice as long as needed.

We have impressed our customers consistently and to the degree, that our founder won 2021 – Lord Mayors Award for Queensland Multicultural Business Person of the year.
We also believe in our duty within the community, not only providing 100’s of jobs Australia-wide, but taking social responsibility by sponsoring and donations to several local charities, fund raisers, community centres and underprivileged children as well as a number of overseas projects to help children in less fortunate countries.
